$325 Million Tech Plant Coming to Kentucky

Kentucky is drawing in more business following the recent announcement of a $325 million investment in one of three new technology plants coming to the Bluegrass state.

A partnerships between RCL Chemical and Y2X Infrastructure has secured funding to build and operate a technology facility to convert natural gas to liquids in Floyd County.

The project is expected to create 500 construction jobs with plans to be operational by 2020.
