Universities are choosing to focus on what they do best – educating – while leaving the building to experts in the private sectors, Forbes reports.
Georgia, for example, entered at $538 million agreement with Corvias to build, manage and maintain student housing across nine campuses. This arrangement is the first state university system to privatize all of its student housing.
